Support

K MUSIC is a music and artist-discovery platform. This page explains how to get help.

Please include the email address you use for your K MUSIC account, so we can find it.

Account and sign-in

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap "¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?". Enter the email address for your account and we will send you a reset link.

The reset link says it could not be checked. If you see "No pudimos comprobar el enlace", that is a connection problem, not a problem with the link. Your link is probably still valid. Check your connection and open the same link again from the email. You do not need to request a new one — requesting a new one will cancel the one you already have.

The reset link says it is no longer available. If you see "El enlace no es válido o ya no está disponible", that link can no longer be used. Request a new one from "¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?".

I did not receive the email. Check your spam folder. If it still has not arrived after a few minutes, contact us at support@kmusicdigital.com.

I want to delete my account. Email us at support@kmusicdigital.com and we will delete your account. Some records are kept afterwards where we are required to keep them; our Privacy Policy explains which.

Music and uploads

How do I become an artist on K MUSIC? Open the Subir tab in the app and apply for an artist profile. An administrator reviews every application.

What audio formats can I upload? MP3, M4A, WAV and FLAC. Other formats are rejected before uploading.

My file was rejected as an incompatible format. Check the file extension. Only the four formats above are accepted.

What happens after I submit a song? It goes into review with the status En revisión. Nothing is published automatically — an administrator approves or rejects every submission. You can see the status in the Subir tab.

Why was my song rejected? The moderation note explains the reason, and appears next to the submission.

Do I keep the rights to my music? Yes. Publishing on K MUSIC does not transfer ownership of your music. The Artist Terms explain the limited licence you grant so that we can host and play it.

Does K MUSIC pay for music? Not in this version. K MUSIC does not charge users and does not pay royalties. If that changes, it will require terms agreed in advance.
