How to report material on K MUSIC that you believe infringes your copyright.

What your notice must contain

If you believe material on K MUSIC infringes your copyright, contact copyright@kmusicdigital.com and include:

identification of the work you say is infringed;
identification of the material on K MUSIC you are complaining about, with enough detail for us to find it;
your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder;
your signature, physical or electronic.

We may remove material that is the subject of a credible complaint while it is being assessed.
